New Training Split?

Ceros

New member
Hey guys, I'm currently doing a split that I've been doing for a good 8 weeks, and I usually switch things up every 12 months or so. So yea, tell me what you guys currently think of what I'm doing and what I could do in the future. I would like to lift at least 4 days a week, if not more. I use a rotation of 3 different weekly routines and choose which one I want to do, I usually try not to do the same two routines one after the other, but yea. So I'm gonna label then A,B, and C.

Week A

Mon- Chest
Tue- Squat
Wed- Back
Thu- Chest
Fri- Squat

Week B

Mon- Squat
Tue- Dead
Wed- Chest
Thu- Squat
Fri- Dead

Week C

Mon- Dead
Tue- Chest
Wed- Squat
Thu- Dead
Fri- Chest

Dead - Work back, traps, bis, and forearms
Chest - Pecs, Tris, shoulders
Squat - Quads, Hams, Calves

And I do abs on Mon, Wed, Fri. No matter which week I'm doing.

I get pretty good progression, usually about 5-10lbs on my 5rm for the core lifts about every two weeks. Also I'm gaining about 1-1.5lb per week. By the way, I'm gaining.

Good work. That's good progress. I personally would just stick to it until i stalled. As long as i'm progressing i'm a happy camper.

Yea, ok ok. I think I will and then once I start to not gain anymore and lifts stop going up I will switch it up. But until then I'd just like to have a plan. ya know? I just want to me prepared.

I should make this the Ceros routine or something and also post all the sets and reps for this split.
