New training routine any comments?

Ok, I basically decided to double up my workouts. This is what Ive been doing so far:

Day1: Squats and clean pulls
Day2: Overheads, delts and arms
Day3: Deadlifts and abs
Day4: Chest and back

This was going pretty well, but Ive had more energy lately, and have been very busy, so I slowly decided to do everything in two days instead of four, and also to back off deadlifts for a while because of a light lower back sprain. So now it looks like this:

Day1: Squats, overheads and arms, abs
Day2: Clean pulls, chest and back, abs

So far, its been great. I usually take off the third day and do it all over again starting the next day. Of course, I modified my sets and reps a bit, but so far its going great. Ill post up weights and reps if anyones interested. Im doing mostly triples and doubles in all excercises.

Thanks, I just got back from pulls/chest/back, took me about 90 minutes including a 15 minute treadmill warmup. Everything felt great. I like it because it really forces you to get creative with your excercises, sets and reps because you are doing so much work you dont want to overtax any one area. Im on day five so tomorrow is off. Ill probably go for a long walk, maybe do some sprints or go for a swim. Then wednesday, its squats, shoulders and arms again. I should start keeping track of the weights but the way Im training I really dont need to too much. I basically warm up to a solid, hard yet smooth double, or triple. Then I just add 5 lbs each set and keep at the 2-3 rep range. Somedays, I get 5-6 big sets, someday 7 or 8. I do seem to be putting more weight on each time. Time to stop being lazy, and writing it all down.
