New Training Regimine

I've running the 5x5 for almost a year now and have gotten good gains from it. But my body doesn't seem to be reacting to it that much anymore.

I'm thinking:

Monday:
Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Flat barbell bench 4 sets
Incline barbell bench 4 sets
Military 5 sets
Tris 3 sets

Tuesday:
Legs/Back/Traps/Bis
Squats 5 sets
Deads 4 sets
Rows 4 sets
Shrugs 3 sets
Bis 2-3 sets

Thursday
Decline barbell 4 sets
Incline dumbell of Flat dumbell 4 sets
Arnold Shoulder Presses 5 sets
Tris 3 sets

Friday:
Legs/Back/Traps/Bis
Squats 5 sets
Deads 4 sets
PullUps 4 sets
Shrugs 3 sets
Bis 2-3 sets

What do you guys think? Is it too much work? Will I overtrain (I'm thinking the Legs/Back/Trap/Bis is a bit much).

Thanks all...

Just pretend that your post is the first post of this thread and you'll have three pages of comments.

How could you possibly compare my routine to his? Did you actually read what I posted?

You are missing the point. He's not comparing your programs, he's comparing your mindsets with "ilovetolift" . You both did 5x5 for some time but failed to realize the concept of the whole thing. Hint: 5x5 is not a program.
Read madcow's and biggt's posts on that thread, and your questions will be answered.

i agree, you seemed to miss/move away from what the 5x5 was trying to teach. Do not know if you wanted to do that or you did not or you do not care.
