Well no issues with me im only taking ambien thats it.. and to be honest id rather be on here than be with my friends(accomplices) who do marijuana,cocaine,heroine, and meth... if u think bout it which would u rather see me do be on here or with my friends from school? im a house rat woot i never get out i work out so thats one excuse to stay away from that really bad stuff

I think they're looking out for you. It's actually none of our business of course, but it's definitely a red flag to hear anyone needs Rx help to sleep as a teen. This is way off topic, but my wife had horrible sleeping problems when she was a teen and younger adult, and no matter what she took or did, she couldn't sleep at night... only in the daytime. After a lot of studying on it, and talking to professionals, it turned out that she has a circadian rhythm issue. Not an illness; just a difference. A lot of people argue that there is no such thing, but once she started accepting it, and sleeping on the schedule that her body wanted, she is now 100% rested and sleeps perfectly. She goes to bet about 3AM, and gets up about 11AM. If she tries to go to bed earlier, she can't sleep, pills or not. If she forces herself to get up early, she has a bad day, and STILL can't sleep til 3 the next morning.

Just something to think & read about, if you're interested... I know it sound weird coming from a bodybuilder on a site all about supplements and stuff, but I'm always in favor of NOT needing pills if at all possible.

get off the ambien it will destroy your life, i was prescribed it to help me sleep because of adderall and after taking it a couple times the effects were too much and i was seeing shit, besides that it will destroy your natural sleep cycle and you will depend on it to sleep and then youll be come tolerant and be an insomniac and then you will go mental
