So I've been lifting for a long time right now and I really want to add a little more to it. I've never done any kind of steroids before. I dont really want to jump into it injecting myself, but i've been looking into some and i was thinking of just adding some type of oral to go along with creatine and protein i take. I was wondering if anyone could suggest some things to look into. I also understand you cant really talk about sources on here but as a general rule its probably pretty good to avoid any oneline website that says they sell anabolic stuff?

Mate, I know everyone has to start somewhere. You question suggests to me that you need to do a bit more research on this & other sites to get a better understanding of the use of AAS. After you have looked at the compounds that may make up your cycle & got some understanding of what they do, you could post up your cycle together with your body stats, age, training history, goals etc. Then members are better able to give you their advise on how to use, dose & recover from the gear.
 
wow this is one of the better newbie post. I think you should continue to research your options and educate yourself on AAS. There are alot of powerful oral supplements out there that may fit your needs.

Stick around and continue to do research. Good way to get started.

We need some more info from you. Like How old you are. how tall, how much do you weigh and what does your diet look like. And then we will be able to help you out. And like bw1 said stick around the site there is alot to be learned here.
 
research !!!! and then research some more !!...i did not even know these sites existed..i have learned more here than my friends know and they been on gear for years

In order for us to help you better please explain what your goals are. Your currnet age, weight, bf% (if known) and training experience.

There are a lot of good people here whom are more than willing to help you out. Get a platnium memebrship so you can use the search function. Read, read and read some more. You should do at least a couple of months research before you do anything.

first off welcome. There is a wealth of information that you can gain on this site so I suggest you do just that.
 
ahh thank you. Yeah i may not be ready to start up a cycle of my own yet, but i am looking through sites and trying to learn about the different steroids and their effects/side effects as best i can.

a little info on myself, I'm 21, 6 feet tall, about 180lbs. I've been lifting for quite some time. I don't know by body fat percentage but I believe its pretty low (I'm thin/not fat and i can't pinch that much skin off my body). My diet is pretty good, i dont drink pop or eat junk food. I stick to whole foods, a lot of whole grain types of products, good meat, and fruits/veggies.

i do have a concern too that i may be too young. I see some guys around the gym that are my age that have done cycles of things but i doubt it was the most healthy of things to do. I don't want to mess anything up you know?

I do think you're too young, and I also want to tell you that you are a very smart person for stating the above. Most don't care about their long term health, they are looking for the quick easy fix. K for you my man.
 
First off Welcome to EF. You want to speak with JAM maybe he can put together a safe OTC supplement program for U!!
 
yeah thats what i was thinking quite possibly, too young. I might just stick to supplements (though i might want to find some a little more powerful) but i am still going to research this stuff for when the time comes.
 
Good head on your shoulders. At your age and hormone levels you can make great gains by getting your diet dialed in and the right training program in place.

You can make great gains naturally and not have to worry about side effects or any other issues related to gear. Probably no need to consider it for at least the next 4-5 years.
