I have been working out very hard for 9 months and have hit a wall. I have been to many websites and tried many supplements. Nothing seems to work. What do I do now?

I have lost 65 pounds of fat since April. My body fat is down to 16% I was at 270lbs, I am now down to 205 I am 6'3. I am now trying to add muscle and get rid of loose skin.
 
go to the muscle food threads and read about dieting. if you're on a clean enough diet and eating a proper ratio of carbs/cals/protein for what kinds of workouts you're doing you should start gaining muscle depending on your body type. theres so much good info to go around on this forum. read everything you can before starting aas.
 
the best combo of supplements ive ever taken was whey protein, creatine and NO2. dont bother with any of that prohormone bullshit though.
