hi all i've been lifting for 5yrs off and on and i've just had enough of trying todo gain solid mass on my own so i'am looking for a good product ? let me know \

i'am 22 yrs old at 280 pounds trust me not solid but damm close just having a little problem with mid sections like stomach,and chest . any suggestion will help
 
Really nothing magic out there.

I am a fan of creatine when it is used properly. That will help with your workouts.

Only other thing out there that works besides protein is 1-ad and 4-ad stacks, but I would suggest you don't use those until you cut down because they best work when bulking.

A good multi vitamin is also helpful.
 
ye i second the creatine just dont use cell-tech im warning you now. use a good quality powder w/ not alot of sugar cell tech bloats nad its a load of crap. most others are good i like pinnacle personaly
