New to the game

OK, I am new to the game and this is my first time. I have a few questions:

Should I start by shredding?
Is Winstrol good for shredding?
Should I stack with it and what should I use?

Can anyone help a Newbie out?

Young Sun's stats:

- 29
- 5'8"
- 225 lbs
- Trained for a few years, martial arts, HS ball, etc. Haven't trained in two years. First time inj though...
- Haven't started any new diet yet. Waiting to find out about the Winstrol, cycles/stacking and injection spots
 
how long have you been lifting weights for? also, what bf% are you. if you can post a pic, that would be best.
 
Winstrol Was my first cycle as, I post very fucking often..But I had great results..Now when I do A Cycle like Winny Ilike to do Cardio preferably in the morning before I eat, Low Carbs High Protein////

read read read read and when your sick of reading and research, then do some more.

you need to start a lifting program before you do much of anything. Then nutrition. Eat lift sleep and read in between. good luck to ya!

I have a lift program, a partner and a diet already set. I start my diet on Sat. doing only stretching and cardio for two weeks, then we hit the weights. That is why I wanted to know how to start this cycle. I have Winstrol and deca, but now sure if I should stack with anything else.

How long have you been lifting? I see you have a program. The reason we ask is that you can get good results with training and diet if you're a newbie.

I have been lifting off and on for 3-5 years. never really doing much. Never had the thought to go further. Basically I lifted for toning. My partner just finished a horrible cycle. he got some results and then lost a lot of his gains. He is looking for a good cycle and so am I.

Welcome to the board...What is your BF%?

Are you wanting to bulk up? then I would suggest 500mg EW of Test E and eat right, train hard and get plenty of rest!

Are you wanting to cut? I would suggest 500mg EW of Test E and eat right, train hard, do lots of cardio and get plenty of rest.

Are you just wanting to lean out a little? then I would suggest a good diet program with plenty of cario and weight training.

I think they are telling you to start with:

How long have you been lifting exactly? If you have not lifted in two years I am sure you are going to hear someone tell you to start training and get your diet in order first.

Since you are 5'8 and 225 and have not trained in two years you are probably FAT so start with your diet and then start training.
 
I gave the paperwork to my partner. But it is a normal low carb/high protein diet. Eating 5-6 times a day in small increments. My goal is to shred down to 195-200 and then build...I am not sure if that is a good goal. Should i go down further before bulking? last time I checked, I was fat...my BF% was 19 I think. It is all in my gut though (lol) so I know I have to hit the crunch machine hard...

I am happy to tell you....it is not all in your gut and hitting the crunch machine cuts no more fat off your gut (or anything else) than doing squats. "Small increments" is a bit ambiguous. These guys can really help you here if you give them complete specifics.

Crunches wont make you "gut " shrink...Cardio will.
 
JESUS TITS!!! 5'8" and 225 is BEEFY, especially with no regular worlout program over the last 10 years. I am 6'5" 230 and am at 14%bf,
unless you are 4' wide in the shoulders, you need to CLEAN and REDUCE your diet spread it out over 6 meals a day at least to keep metabolic rate up, and seriously hit cardio HARD, and weights at least EOD,,

AAS would be a BAD idea healthwise IMO.
