Can someone please tell me the best stack for me. Im 185 not in the best shape, and dont have alot of cash. Someone told me to take deca and dbol. Is this correct? I dont want to gain a whole lot of weight. I want to gain muscle defination and strength. I figure I can cut alot of the weight I have now. And another thing. Thanks everyone.

work out to get in shape first; start a program for about 8 weeks to build a base. for a first timer, i'd stick with something mild like winny or trinabol in tab or paper form. do some research and you'll find what you need.
 
well I dont want you to think im a total slacker. I am a fighter so im alright shape. But if I take the winny, do I take it alone? I really am greatful for any help...heres a little bit about me.

what kind of weight training do you do?
how long you been lifting?

your first cycle needs to be something simple like Test, to see how your body reacts to it. Test Enanthate or Cypionate is a common beginner cycle. Dosages very from 250-500mgs per wk for 10-12wks.

you need to read up on PCT also!!!!!!!

all the gear in the world won't help unless your DIET is in check and you train hard
 
ok thanks. but the diet is good, and i do train alot. their are some guys i compete against that use gear. as far as test goes i have the access to all of it i want. but wont that make me gain alot of weight? someone told me not to take it.
 
I think people that do stick around learn the cookie-cutter response to this question and blast the new guy with it when he asks the dreaded question.

I don't think everyone falls into the same catagory of lift for 10 years and eat chicken/tuna/brownrice for 10 more then do test. Some people could potentially be ready to do a cycle. Shit, who knows who this guy is? He could be in better shape than you or me. Plus he's not trying to bodybuild, he wants to get stronger to fight! Big difference!

My advice? Stick around here for a few weeks and read plenty of threads and do some searches. Most everything you need to know has already been asked, but don't be afraid to ask. And don't let the haters you might hear shortly get you down.

Sorry for the rant I can just hear the 20 replies to this thread coming with all the bullshit.

i told him a basic and safe cycle that would give him what he is looking for


Stout: back to you know, test can be used either way man....your diet is what depends on how much weight you put on
 
ok, so i have this test that is 10ml 250mg. it is safe to take it alone... i am always a low carb kinda guy. plus i take in alot of protien.

take 1ml every week...which is a very low dosage, but many on here see strength gains at this dosage

i'm on 500mg/wk right now though and loving it

if possible get another vial that way you can run 1ml on Monday and 1ml on Thursday for 10 weeks

what do you have planned for your PCT?

There is a book out there called anabolics 2005 (new version). It helped me understand what exactly gear was and it has some really good information if your looking to take some, from possible side effects all the way to counterfiet gear, and how to tell if it is the real thing The book id or isbn # 0967930448. Go to amazon books or half.com and type in that isbn # you should find it. I agree with above i would read about gear first. The last thing you want is not understanding what you are taking. For instance you can get all the test you want well what kind of test, prop, cyp etc.... the book answers all of this.

Test Cyp is good you said you didn't want alot of mess ,well Deca is stronger
