The job I'm going into is a pilot for one of the airlines, my diet is 4,500 cal a day. 650 of that is from protein shakes. I work out my chest and tri's (MTH) the same day and back and bi's (TF) the next for a total of four workouts. I work out my legs on weds and run on weds and sun. Your story is pretty much the same as mine was for years. I was using pretty much the same weights, the same routine and not really making any gains. I thought that I had just plateaued and would look into steroids. You are training the same muscle groups too often and too much. Look into doggcrapp's routine on the training board. Ditch the running if your goal is to gain mass. If you follow Doggcrapp's calf routine properly you won't be able to do it anyhow.
