I've been trying for 5 years to put on weight and at 22 I only weight 180. I work out 4 to 5 times a week for 2 hours a day hard. I was wandering what to start off with, that leaves the system within a month. My job requires random blood test and I can't test positive for anything. Also any ideas on how to beat the test.

AAS testing is too expensive so most companies will not test for it. They usually only concentrate on recreational drugs, so if your smoking a joint to calm your nerves before sticking the dart in your glutes then your in trouble.

They won't test you for AAS only in rare jobs do they spent the money to do that. I think even a college level sports most of the tests they give are just a scare tactic.

If you're training for 2 hours a day, then you're not training hard enough, heavy enough or intense enough. Your workouts should last no longer than an hour. Mine last a max of 45 minutes, and I've grown more in the past 2 years than I have since I started training.

You didn't mention anything about your diet either. I'm sure you can make some adjustments there as well. It's all about diet and training. Up the calories, up the weight, and up the intensity!

You're spending too much time on the weights, Bro. Two hours is too long--cut it back to 45-60 minutes. Give your muscles time to recover and grow. Oh, I have no idea about the drug test. I do know this: When you get a hair analysis they test for metabolites. Metabolites are not found in "nature", they come from ingesting/using drugs. When they find metabolites, they know that you have used drugs within the recent history--they looked back 3 months on me and I believe they can look back even 12 months or more if they want. Now, when they find the metabolites they have some process to break the analysis down further and distinguish which drug you have used (cocaine, THC, steroids????). They can tell what month you used the drugs and how frequently you used them to an extent. I have had this procedure done, and I lost a $46,000 a year job because of THC. I had done a deca cycle and i'm pretty sure that it was still detectable in my system, but I'm not sure if they looked for it. The lab technician asked if I had ever used illicit drugs, and I said that I had used marijuana. He then said, "Well, that explains it--thank you for being so honest." (Fucking prick) So, I think that they just detected metabolites and relied on me to admit to what drug they came from. They may have the ability to tie certain metabolites to AAS, I'm really not sure--you'll have to research it. Or, you may be in the clear with a blood test altogether. Like I said, this was a hair analysis. Hope this long ass thread was helpful!

The job I'm going into is a pilot for one of the airlines, my diet is 4,500 cal a day. 650 of that is from protein shakes. I work out my chest and tri's (MTH) the same day and back and bi's (TF) the next for a total of four workouts. I work out my legs on weds and run on weds and sun. I tried 19 nor and andro over the counter and it was a waste of money.

Your story is pretty much the same as mine was for years. I was using pretty much the same weights, the same routine and not really making any gains. I thought that I had just plateaued and would look into steroids. You are training the same muscle groups too often and too much. Look into doggcrapp's routine on the training board. Ditch the running if your goal is to gain mass. If you follow Doggcrapp's calf routine properly you won't be able to do it anyhow. :D

I wouldn't do any cardio if you want to put on weight. Also, take more time to rest. You should be working each body part once a week. Three days apart from training chest is way too soon. You need time for the muscle to fully recuperate and grow.

I agree with the above.
Rest is very important. Once per week for each body part is plenty. Also you dont want to overtrain and thats what it sounds like. You're burning muscle instead of building it.
Lay off the cardio for a while if you're trying to put on size.

most people will tell you that you should check diet and training before doing anabolics, of course they are probably right... you might want to make sure those are good first, and when you're ready.. do maybe 500mg sustanon/week for 8-10 weeks..

benefits from a cycle will be far better if you're eating well and training well.

Bro glad to see that you joined the board. You'll have access to alot of info. Why didn't you tell me you were concerned about drug testing at work? Anyway, you'll find alot of great info on cycling your gear, training, nutrition etc. See you in class.

Welcome aboard bro.

I highly doubt they're going to test for AAS. But being an airplane pilot that is a sensitive position where they might want to make sure you aren't on anything, but I don't know. AAS really doesn't impair your senses so maybe they won't. I know of nothing out there that's going to allow you to beat a test for AAS. Especially if they draw blood, forget it. A piss test? That's a different story. There's plenty of stuff for that you can try. Two hours a day is definitely overtraining, and will not increase your gains. Your muscles need time to rest in order to grow.
