Seeking as much advice as possible.First of all I have visited other boards,and this one is by far the best. I am 43 years old and just starte working out again and dieting.Found out about 6 years ago that I was Type II diabetic. Lost alot of muscle as a result. Since I have been controlling with glucophage and diet. Will be getting married for the first time at the end of august......want to look good for Honeymoon! (rest of life also). Have done lots of research now I need advice. Plan to diet for next thirty days to loose additional fat before starting anything. PLEASE HELP AN OLD SKOOL PLAYER. Thanx.:fro: :fro:

Thanx George for the diet info..............by the way as I stated before ;I am taking glucophage for my Type II diabetes. Should I be concerned at all about staying away from a particular kind of diet.or in the future about affects of AAS. Anyone else with advice please feel free to respond.:)

Man- with diabetes you should be thinking about your weight more than anything. Youre at huge risk for developing arterial disease. I applaud you for making the decision to start a program, and great way to help prevent the ravages of diabetes is to be in shape and in a regular exercise program, watch your blood pressure with aas- b/c diabetes and high bp in combination are especially destructive to the lining of your arteries. This board is an excellent way to stay motivated and in the game while youre not in the gym.
