Seeking as much advice as possible.First of all I have visited other boards,and this one is by far the best. I am 43 years old and just starte working out again and dieting.Found out about 6 years ago that I was Type II diabetic. Lost alot of muscle as a result. Since I have been controlling with glucophage and diet. Will be getting married for the first time at the end of august......want to look good for Honeymoon! (rest of life also). Have done lots of research now I need advice. Plan to diet for next thirty days to loose additional fat before starting anything. PLEASE HELP AN OLD SKOOL PLAYER. Thanx.
