I am a semi retired professional athelete living in Hawaii. I have used AS before with varying results largly due to uneducated usage.
I am looking to do a cycle soon as I may have a comeback fight in Sept.
I am currently 5'6" 168lbs at 12% bodyfat, I have hit 5% as an all time low. My fight weight will be 171lbs. I would like to be at about 6-8%BF.
I have a dietician and am looking for recommendations for a cycle. Clearly I need to gain a good deal of quality weight in order to be roughly 178 the day before weigh ins in SEPT. SO I need to get up there with pure muscle and diet down.
I am not a bodybuilder and my training is very sport specific. I have a strength coach for my free weight training.
My needs are pretty straight forward. I would appreciate any advice if founded in decent research and knowledge.
I am not opposed to any input as long as its honest and effective.

Putting on PURE muscle? Even on the best cycles I've been on, I've still put on some fat.

I'd need to know your "sport" ... football? Do you want to increase in muscle size, or is strength more important? Because you may not need the size if you have the strength and speed.

I would definately suggest plyometrics... I am writing a report for EF (based on my experiences as a 6 year track athlete, and other research)... it can really help increase your speed, strength, agility and so on... It'd be a good thing combined with a cycle to help keep your overall flexability.

A good track cycle would be winny, suspension and eq... oral winstrol, test suspension... you could even substitute fina for the suspension... as it will work WONDERS with the winstrol.

But like I said, i'd need to know what sport, and also... what you necessary goals are IN that sport (I.e., football... lineman? running back?)

I am a boxer...

My training regime does include plyometricks and all relevent sport specific techniques. My trainers handle that.
My need is in the drug selection, dosage and timing...

My needs are as stated. Performance enhancement is actually secoondary to the need to be on weight and very lean by fight time. I am in the twilight of my career and need the payday. So being on weight and looking in great shape is key. My opponent will be dealt as per the course ...

Twice national fighting champ.........never really heard of any sport specific cycles. LOL but I wasnt cycling at that time. I def. know about sport specific training. I would say gain some knowledge on the different drugs available. Most of it is diet. Any time you go to put on a decent amount of muscle you can expect a little fat but you should be able to keep it in check with your diet during a cycle, and worry about cutting the rest off post cycle. Hell you have a decent amount of time untill sept so you could or should be able to achive your goals natty and not have to worry about any testing or neg sides that can come from AS. Or you could do a simple test cycle and put on a good 10-15 lbs quality mass and cut up in plenty of time for weigh ins.
 
Are you drug tested?

As far as 10 lean pounds of muscle, I'm thinking maybe var+creatine...anyone else?
 
run tren and test prop for about 8 weeks
then
run anavar and halo for the last 4 weeks leeding into the fight

you will not get fat if you are working with a dietician and training like a fighter trains

the anavar halo stack will get you hard as a rock strong as hell and mean like mike t
