Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to the board and just wanted to say Hi.
I'm 21 years old, about 175 last I checked, and I'm working on getting a bodyfat test done soon. I've been lifting on and off (more off than on) for the past year. I've been chubby all my life, never extremely overweight but I've always had love handles and lots of fat on my check around my nipples. At one point I weighed in at about 195 with barely any muscle.
I was inspired to start getting fit when I met one of my friends friends who moved from Florida, I didn't know him very well at first but once I got to know him I found that he used to be in the same position as me and had been lifting for 3 years. He was ripped when I met him and I figured that if he could do it, I could do the same thing. He inspired me to goto the gym (we happened to have a membership at the same one) and start eating healthier than I was. He was probably the only person who ever showed an interest in my success, fitness wise, and he taught me a lot about the different exercises that you do, and even more about nutrition. I've fallen off the wagon probably about 3 times, but I'm back in the gym currently and am making a solid attempt to reach my fitness goals.
Any advice would be appreciated about how to keep from skipping workouts and also getting some of the fat off from around my nipples. I ordered some Yohimburn ES today so hopefully that'll be a good start, and I'm doing lots of incline bench and incline flyes on my chest days.
