hey, i plan on doing reasearch (actually, am doing it now) but i was wanting to know, whats a good suppliment for loosing weight and or gaining strength. i'll gived youthe layout. i'm 5'8", 15 male. 170lb. i'm planning on doing martial arts but, before i even attempt it i want to loose every bit of gut i have. i do cardio everyday (30 mins of bike and i just got my punching bag hung up...wooo) and i switch days between upper body and lower body. then i might take a day of rest, not sure if i should or not. can anyone reccomend any suppliments i should take? i was going to go el natural cause i figured that they didn't have all these back then with like bruce lee so why should i? but then i also relized he was an adult and could plan his own eating habbits and stuff.....i'm not, i eat what mom cooks for dinner so i can't eat all of the stuff that do things like getting your thyroid going. thanks for any help
