i've been working out for three years now and i have hit my platue...i've been at the same weight for a year now and haven't really seen any new growth. definite definition but no growth. i'm thinking i may want to jump to using creatine or others for a quickstart to my system....however, i have no idea what to use or where to start. any suggestions? i don't want to go crazy with this stuff, just the basics. i've been doing protein and MRS [meal replacement shakes] on occassion and on a steady schedule off and on. any help?
