New To Creatine..

Ive been wanting to try creatine.
I have this stuff by EAS called Phosphagen HP.
Ive been wanting to take it and see what it does for me.
Is this stuff safe?
how much should I drink?
I heard im supposed to drink alot more water when taking creatine.
Is creatine for energy and muscle growth? or both..

My gf started Purecee last week, and has not noticed much yet. It makes me stronger, but I bloat from normal monohydrate. Elana is using monohydrate and she said she noticed a strength increase. More water is better also....
 
There are some good posts on EF regarding Creatine (including the bennies for women)... I will try to dig some up, but I would rec AF Store's PureCEE

I am hoping to have more detailed info tomorrow after my doc appt to give the specifics on the difference from my last Powdered Cre vs. my Change to PureCee...

Just remember...you have to take into account he smaller dosing with the CEE when we look at befores and afters
