New to Boards

Hello All..

I have been to these boards for about a year and finally posted. Let me in detail some info for ya..

I been lifting since HS. Where I occurred a Spine injury from goofing off aka trying impress the blond in the corner!

Anyways durning the time i took deca and grew accordling big fast and was very happy with the results, Since i was HS football my physical strength helped with my game. Alot of kids durning that time were on the juice. And coachs back then seemed to not mind since we were Champs for so many years now.

Well which seems like a millions ago. I been off and on lifting for over the last 4 years. Durning the "comeback" I have learned alot of new things, New supplements and etc. Things which werent out or even thought of when i was in HS.

About 7 months ago I had gall bladder removal and the Drx just finally released me yet again to be free and able to lift.

Now comes the reason Im posting. I have tried a couple "new wonder drugs" Some are ok and some arent. The basics still apply good diet, rest, and constant workout plan. But What im asking is can anyone recommend something that will help to produce the lean muscle mass without taking deca? I know taking a cycle of deca will produce will the results im wanting but my hair is allready thin enough :) .

So im atleast trying to go the semi-natural before going back to deca.
