I've back in the gym for about 4 months. Been working Chest/Tri's (Mon) Legs/Calves (Wed) Back/Bi's (Fri) Light Shoulders (Mon&Fri) cuz my left shoulder is screwed. Just wondering what rountines ya'll use?
