BCIT.

They caught a market maker named Stern, Magee selling 500 Million bogus shares. The real owner, Thomas Megas, is flying to the US on the 29th to sign an affidavit with the FBI stating there are only 4,875,000 real shares outstanding.

The guy who set up the illegal dumping, Mario Pino, has done this before with a stock called Melon Research (MLON). When confronted by the SEC, Mario fled. BCIT is the second illegal short selling scam Mario has pulled.

I posted about this recently when BCIT was around .003 to .006 per share.

If things are done correctly, Megas will take BCIT private by doing a tender offer on the shares he does not own. If SACM does not buy back the shares, you will see the FBI step in and arrest a few of their employees.

Also watch SDVG.

Derrick Neal has a solid background in real estate and took his company public recently. There are only 5 Million shares in the float. He would have never opened on the pink sheets if he was not prepared to move to a higher exchange.

Derrick announced $2 Million will be used to acquire shares in the open market. He's doing this on purpose so that he can break $5 per share and move his company to a better exchange like Amex or Nasdaq.

He just landed a $200 Million package for new home construction. He did not have to dilute his company or dump shares, only sign an agreement on how profits would be split.

His most recent PR stated..

CLARKSDALE, Miss., Aug. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Superior Development Group, Inc. (Other OTC:SDVG.PK - News), a leading provider of affordable housing, announced today that it has received a $200 million financial commitment from Delta Housing Finance LLC to be used for the development of future affordable housing projects or the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing affordable housing properties. The company will earn development fees, construction income, income from the sales of affordable homes and potential additional incentive income. Revenues from the financial commitment are expected to exceed $120 million over a three-year period

Be careful with asking like that.

Not a problem here -- but in the outside world -- people with less than honorable intentions, will love to find people like you and peddle you all kinds of bullshit, get your hopes up high, and take your money and run.

You might as well put a sign on your head then "Please take advantage of me".

Asking for advice is fine -- but it should be followed by DILIGENT research on your own part to match up the advice and see if it's legit.

Otherwise you're a sitting duck orb.

personally, i wouldnt put any money into stocks for a few months...

these next few months are bound to be bad for the stock market...start building your wishlists now, then maybe buy in December or late November...

There's a brokerage in Oklahoma City that sold 215 million shares even though there are only 1.4 million shares in the float that are available.

That's why it went from .002 to .05 before the DTCC suspended trading until someone figures out how to fix it.

The Denver SEC branch is investigating how a former consultant created so many bogus shares.

I stand by my pick. Read the press releases.

Asking a question like that indicates you shouldn't be investing in the stock market. I suggest finding an online casino or maybe taking a trip to your local indian tribe, Vegas, or Atlantic City. At least then you will get a song and dance for your money rather than a depressing status report.

We've had fraudsters on this board preying on people like you and they've been tolerated. And then there are the true believers who really believe they are smarter than the market.

People who make a living doing this (managing funds) who went to all the best schools can't reliably beat the market.

Better question might be - do you have any debt? At what interest rate? If so, note that unlike stocks, you get a guaranteed gain on your investment by paying it off.

Exactly how much are you looking to invest?

it will also never trade again too.

I disagree.

The company is finishing their financials and was introduced to a merger candidate. The Colorado SEC branch is investigating the con man who printed up 400 million bogus shares (Mario Pino from Arizona). It's Dan Jablonski from the Denver office who is handling the case.

DealFlow was involved in Mario's pumping. A brokerage in Oklahoma City sold Mario's shares without ever checking with the TA to see if they were legit.

One brokerage alone sold 215 Million shares.

The company needs to do a share exchange to figure out how many shares Mario Pino actually sold into the market.

You might want to look into GEIGH, FAG, and QUR.

Lestat owns a bunch.

Should have paid attention. The guys who short sold the stock settled in court. The Denver branch is prosecuting the guys who printed bogus certs...

.005ish to .02/.03 is a nice little gain. Plus, Thomas Megas has a fat merger lined up. They might reverse split prior to the merger but at these prices it's no big deal.

I'm out cuz I loaded up on Ameritrade for this week's cash dividend.

most brokerages are refusing to trade the stock until the NASD issues a new advisory letter. The company won their lawsuit but have yet to collect.

Kicking myself for not selling between .041 and .048 when my average was .005.

oh well
