New Start - please help

Currently at 96kg & 30% fat. My diet I am starting will be approx 1900 cals - 65% P 15%C 20% F. I am looking at lifting 3 times a week (3 sets - no more than 8 reps) and doing cardio approx 5 times a week ( fat burn only ).
Your opinions would be gratefully received as I am stuck at 30% body fat after dropping nearly 20kg in weight over the last 6 months. :)
