My new workout. NOTE: I hav a very non stressful job, very low intense. Well rigth now I do not have a job so I can workout, eat and rest all day long.
I thought something like this(I've been working out 6 days per week with success, I've had 1 week rest now and are redy for a 3-1-2-1 day split)
Day 1: Arms
BB curls 5 sets(next week Db curls)
Weighted dips 5 sets(next week narrow bench)
Scottcurls 4 sets
Seated sculls in mashine 4 sets
Incline seated DB curls: 2 sets
Pushdowns 3 sets
Hammercurls 2 sets
Day 2: Legs(not hams), abs
Legkick 4 sets
Squats or Legpress(every other week legpress) 5 sets
Legkick 5 sets 6-10reps
Crunches 4 sets
Day 3: Hamstrings + Rear Shoulders
Legcurls lying 5 sets
Legcurls Seated 2 sets
SLDL 4 sets
Militarypress 5 sets
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Back width
Pulldowns wide grip 3 sets
BB rows 5 sets
Pulldowns Narrow grip 3 sets
Seated 1 arm rows in machine 3 sets
Day 5: Chest, side shoulders
Benchpress or DB press 5 sets
Flyes 3 sets
Incline presses 5 sets
3 movements for side shoulders 3 set each
Day 7: Rest
Now, remember I'm on cycle.
Test 500mg Every week
EQ 400mg every week
Dbol 40mg ED
IGF1-R3 50mcg 20 days
Diet: 2.5gram protein per LB BW
+1000-1500cals
