NEW RULE Re Underage Members

This is something that has been informally enforced by members and staff for awhile, but its time to make it official.

No one is to give steroid related advice to a member under the age of 21 (which is the approximate average age of epiphyseal fusion).

If a young kid wants to limit his final height, ruin an optimally functioning hpta and reduce his longterm potential for growth, we wont be complicit.

Please limit any discussions with under 21's to nutrition and training and non-steroidal supplements.

Yes we know the limitations, but digger, needto, myself and the other mods will be enforcing this "energetically", and I know alot of you feel strongly about this as well.

thanks for your help.

(in my stiffler voice): fuckin right, doggy!

In all seriousness this is a great rule of thumb. Kids will be kids and will be dumb, but these are dangerous substances with long-term (potential) side effects.

what?? the 150 lb 19yr old that's been working out for 6 months straight and his diet is dialed in.. he can't juice?? he can die for his country, but doesn't have the right to mess up his body as he sees fit??

I agree 110% with this.. i would rather it be 26 yrs old as that gets them through college, and a decent relationship or 2 and makes them more responsable..

But 21 is cool..

Good rule.. Between the ages of lates 20's to early 24 I went from 5'10 165lb to same height 210 lb less than 13% BF.. This was on a heavy starch shitty diet, no supps, drank tons of milk at breakfast and dinners and primarily 3 meals sometimes 4 meals a day.

My training during this time was off the charts, last 9 months or so hitting 2 body parts per week except for legs.. Training 7 days per week.. I was hitting 205lb on flat bench for 10x10 clean full range of motion presses.

So yeah young gentlemen, train harder, train smarter, make sure your form and everything other aspect is locked in.

I agree 100% but if you made it a sticky, you would just get 18 19 year olds saying they were 25--- its a no win situation..... the stupid will bring us all down (unless we kill them and eat them for protein)
