New Routine

Im just about to start a new routine after going through the 5x5 twice. Saw good gains the first time but not much the second. Anyways heres the new routine im about to start, similar to the 5x5 but a little different. I wanted to get a few opinions first though whether i should workout for two days the two days off or on one day off the next.
Workout 1,

Bench P, 3 warm up sets, 5sets of 5
Squat, Same as BP
Shrug, 3 sets of 10
tricep pushdown, 3 sets of 10
Bicep curl, 3 sets of 10
calve raises, 3 sets of 10-20
sit ups, 3 sets of 15-20

Workout 2,
Dead lift or Power clean, 3 warm up sets, 5 sets of 5
Military press, same as above
chins, 5 sets of whatever you can handle
dips, 5 sets of whatever you can handle
side bends, 3 sets of 15-20
