New Routine

I tried that routine I outlined in my "Critique This" post. It was a failure. It was an attempted fullbody workout, similar to HST, but relying on strength gains each workout (similar to DC) rather than using submaximal weights (HST or 5x5 style). This proved to be too much in one session, and the workout was nearing 1h15m - much too long for me.

Therefore, I am going to switch my routine, and I want to know everyone's opinion here. It's between 5x5 and HST. Now, my main goal is size, so I'm guessing most will say HST, though I've heard of many good things in terms of size with 5x5 also. Strength isn't too far off, either, as I do want to be stronger, but it's not as important as size.

So - HST or 5x5?
 
Look at my thread on "Do people agree with me on 5X5's a lot of good info there if you need it bro! I just put it on last night check it out peeps are saying good things about it!
