New Routine needed!

Ive been out of the gym now for about 1 month and am currently playing football (soccer) for recreation. I still wanna gain some mass whilst playing fooball 2wice a week. Just wondering how i should train (how many days etc..... and whether i should go for a total body routine 2wice a week or a split). Ne help would be cool! Cheers!
 
i think doing this would be great


day1:chest&tri&abs
day2:back&bi
day3:shoulders&abs
day4:legs
day5:rest-cardio
day6:rest-cardio
day7:rest
This routine did a lot for me when i played
