Yea, I am going to stick to the basics until I stop gaining in them, then I'll incorperate more advanced lifts... probably will take awhile as some of my muscles have quite a bit of unbalance in them since I can bench about the same as I can squat atm, have very little experience with all the other lifts but they sound good and I spent like 3-4 hours reading up on them and like half an hour practicing proper form, now all I gotta do is hit the gym.
