I take a wok, put in some olive oil, some shrimp, 1/2 Red pepper, 1/2 Green pepper, 1/2 onion, put a good amount of garlic powder, and a ton of oregano. Add 1-2 cups of water cover, and let cook till the water evaporates, and the veggies start to lightly burn, high protein, Low carb, veggies, high fiber, and taste great. You can add chicken or beef if you like, I buy frozen shrimp, and one serving is 70cals and 15grams of protein, so I put 2 servings in. It will look big, but by the time it is done cooking it shrinks down. Great stuff
