New Proteins? Confused?

I am just a bit confused about all the new proteins available on the market...
I have always used Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey, it seems to do the job, good price, etc.

But now I see these new more effective proteins available and was wondering if they really are or if its hype.
Like:

Whey Isolate (ISO-AGB) by AF Store

Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate

CFM Whey Isolate & Hydrolyzed 520 by ProteinFactory

Can anyone with personal experience give me the low down?

Okay here it is
Whey - Faster digesting than most protein found in food
Casein - slow digesting found in dairy products when not isolated
Whey isolate - Whey concentrate with less carbs and fat. So if your very carb concious, like running a CKD this is good. Otherwise its just Whey concentrate
Hydrolized Whey - Very good, i think everyone should have this. Its absorbed almost instantly, as its essentially predigested. If you dont mind the taste (which isnt actually that bad, just dont try to enjoy it) you should get 100% hydrolized 520 whey. You can effectively digest twice as much. Very worth it, and protein factory has it for a great price
All other version of those
like
CFM whey concentrate etc, are nothing special
That bovine serum on Protein factory is bunk, its just hydrolized protein, it does have a high immunoglobulin content but your body cant process foreign immunoglobuline. It actually actively destroys it. So save your money.
