new protein source

i recently changed my diet to gain size, and cut myself up. i increased my protein intake and i am cutting down on my carbs. in the morning i usually have 5-6 eggwhites throughout the day i have a few protein bars and tuna, for dinner i have some kind of chicken and potatoe or rice. what other sources of protein could i use so i am not eating the same shit every day. also how much carbs should i be eating
 
dude, choose a goal. cut up , or gain mass. don't do both at the same time. While "possible" for a beginner to do both at a time, i would take advantage of your beginning gains and bulk up first, then cut. Even if you are not a beginner, you will get better results if you separate a bulk from a cut - don't do both at a time.
If you want to cut, depends on what diet you want.
Personally I like the 40-30-30. I can give you a sample of the diet if you want. Also, there is CKD (Check out mr xs manual)
