Sorry, i should have been more specific. that was raw. i don't lift with a shirt or straps or anything. lol, well, i wear a shirt to the gym but not the kind that could make a difference.
Oh, my goal on bench? I would like to hit 4 plates on each side. Something about 4x4 and breaking that 400 lb barrier.
