Well, I have been back at the gym for about a week and a half after a month and a half off. My strength is starting to come back... no size yet. I have dropped a little body fat too. I was 233 on the scale this morning.
My goals are to drop into the 7% range for the summer. I have my work cut out for me!
 
look good slat!!....you're a big guy

work on them shoulders and you'll look like a monster...hit them on chest day too

I hear you. My delts suck. I am doing rear delts on back day and front on chest day in addition to a day just for them.
I would look a lot better with some shoulders. Sadly, they have come a long way already...

oh and i hope u dont think i was saying u dont do shoulders....i have the same problem with my upper chest...makes my chest look tiny and i have really narrow shoulders with a 34 inch waist :worried:
 
Hell, 10.5% BF is great. You should be able to meet your goal with NO problem!
