As for legs they're ok strong but kinda small(grenade blasts in iraq kinda screwed me bro)
5'8" 160 with a really small frame man.
Im happy with where I am for now maybee a little leaner but definately a little bulking this winter. just don't wanna loose my abbs you know.
I was guessing between 9-11ish myself
