just a quick note on tanning.

if you dont live in a hot climate, tanning beds are a must.
tan a few times a week and you'll SO like your physique better.

in fact, when i'm pale (which isnt often) i start feeling small, fat and shitty.

TANNING IS A CRITICAL PART OF A BODYBUILDER'S ROUTINE!
 
what are your stats,cycle experience and diet like,you body is what I am shooting for and any insight to get there would be a great help
 
satch...during the summer months it gets pretty hot here but the winters are cold so its an all around climate.

Irish...5'6 165lbs around 9-10%BF
this was my first cycle which consisted of 11 weeks of deca 300mg and primo 300mg. started off with 3 weeks of dbol at 20mg p/d.
My diet was 6-7 small/medium sized meals. only a total of 150 grams of carbs a day. I'm 25 and been training naturally for 7-8 years.
 
for 5'6, 165 pounds is quite impressive. especially at 9%.

bro chris.... do you plan on packing more muscle or are you gonna just maintain?

yeah being short sucks. I wish I was 5'8-5'9 and that would be cool. My goal is to be around 170-175lbs with 6-7% BF. Thats pretty tough though.
 
geoff...the first pics were of me before and taken in febuary, thats why i was pale. the other 3 pics were after pics taken in july. As for my ab routine, I did abs 1-2 times a week for about 15 mins, using crunch methods and weighted resistance. I was on a low carb diet so that helped alot. If you want your abs to show better cut out some of the carbs.

Lfthnd...My chest was always my strongest area and had ma good base to build upon. I did want my back to get wider and judging by the pics it did. I also added in some deadlifts and hyper extensions to my back routine to bild up my lower back.
