I'm not sure, maybe the dimensions are too small. If you just want ot post them on this thread like I have your first two, go to where the picture is stored, right click, select properties, copy the address then go to post a repley and select IMG, then paste the adress in the pop up box and press OK. done.
 
Excellent work, looking almost ready to rock-n-roll on stage.... Looks like you're holding some water - sure you'll deplete that and use some diuretics to get to that final fully ripped, thin-skin look.

What's with you standing with your pants around your ankles in front of your protein?? You must REALLY love your supps...J/k looking great bro. Is this for a show you have done before? Do you feel more confident about your condition this time?

On another note......I have the same shape in my lower chest as you, and I hate it. I have competed before and I definatley think it is a weak spot for me. Do you think the judges take away for that?

I also have that shape to my chest, but it sinks in a bit more. It definitely isn't the best shape, but what can you do.

Ummmm. Not really sure, never a comment made since 1985 and I judge now. Its not round like the black guys have but its not bad ...

Actually its the oppisite they measure the same but my left has better shape even before and after the tear. Could be lighting. shadows can do weird things and as you said so can angles.

5'7" tall, I was 217# today @ around 3.3%. I am having a hard time slowing the weight loss down. I am uping my calories almost every day in protein and fat. I carb deplete starting sunday on beef and grapefruit. I think I am going to need at least 3# of beef a day! I think by showtime I will be between 215# and 212#.

Right, you do not need to loose any more body fat. At this point its all about fluid balance and coming in dry and full. What does your carbloading phase look like? My experience with competition is still very limited (I've only been training a little under 4 years), and I try to see what more experienced guys are doing different. Although, now that I'm back in school full time, I won't try to compete again until I graduate. Why grapefruit for your depletion??? I just eat steak with a few raw veggies.

Looking great as always. Why can't you post a pic of yourself eating chips on a couch after not training for a few months so we'd have something to criticize.

BTW - looks like you have enough protien powder on hand in case of some type of protien related emergency.

Thanks! Well give me about a week and i will take that pic! Not chips but a big fuckin cheese burger...with bacon...and mayo...and extra cheese...damn it! See what you did! J/K! I was at beverly, I wish I had that much protein on hand!
