LOL. I thought you meant, "attaching parts" cuz it looks like someone did that with the head.
 
How many cycles you done? How did you prepare for the show diet & roids etc. Did you carb load? I have never done a contest before but would like to in the near future.
You look great!
 
I do 30 min.Stepper (intervall) after Training 6 times a week.
My Diet is very simple.High protein 400-450gr.Before 4 weeks of comp.middle amount of carbs.The last 4 weeks 200-250gr carbs.
I do no special carb loading.Only 2 day´s before the show a little bit more, when i´m dehydrate.

You look amazing! Great small waist, and amazing definition in the quads. You look super dry in those photos -- any tips for shedding water weight to bring out definition?
