Made by Darielle for those interested. 28g Protein 8g fiber and only 10 carbs not from fiber, all in 3/4 of a cup. Tastes pretty good, too.

I get them at Vitamin World. They're like $3-3.50 a bag and 6 servings per bag. I don't think thats expensive. app. 50 cents a serving or so.

I like to throw about 4 oz. Laura's Lean Beef on top of this pasta w/ a little bit of salsa. . It's about 55g Protein, 15 carbs and 5g fat.

I was eating it w/ some chicken that I would cook in the crock pot w/ a cup of spaghetti sauce, but, the meal got hard to choke down after a while, it seemed pretty dry. W/ the chicken it was close to 65g protein 20 carbs and 10 fat.

Thanks. Of course, don't expect it to taste EXACTLY like pasta. But, it does tasts about 80% like regular pasta w/ slight protein taste.
