New Paper Scammer - Read

There is a new paper scammer to hit the market. He was at this board and tried pushing his wares via PM. He went by the name Platocity.

Here is what he sent out:

free sample

Hi I'm a new seller of paperbol, paperstrol, paperdrol; since you have been on the boards for some time , i would like to send you a free sample of the paper so I could use you as a reference, you would only need to confirm to people that you had received the paper sample and it was legit, just so they know that I actually have stuff, if this interests you pm me back; thx for your time..

This is utter bullshit for so many reason I can not even explain. Using the PM system to source, selling paper when there is only one place to get paper from, all that AND I have new information to say he was a rival of the original.

Regardless, if you got this PM, get rid of it. Gee Wiz, free shit gear for free.
 
Yeah he pm'd me too. Good thing I don't have money set aside for scammers or he'd get it.

Beause you get a free sample then you send your cash to get the full order and guess what nothing arrives or you actually get underdosed inferior product unlike the sample.

How could this possibly be a scam, If he sends free samples and it's proven to be legit then he has the stuff what reason would he have not too sell.

You cannot explain, maybe you should explain that your using your status as a Moderator to direct sales to one source and then taking money for it, so whenever there is possibly a small time seller that would sell the same exact stuff cheaper you accuse him of running a 'scam' without elaborating on how this 'scam' works just like what long john silver said-

This is bullshit, if you have the stuff and your in a country like Thailand there is no reason send an 'inferior' product since an inferior product would cost him the same as the sample product-if you got it you got it, and hows someone new supposed to start off anyway if he immediatly gets accused of being a scammer you idiots are falling for the mods lies and they're the ones scamming every one, by directing everyone to the same source and taking money for it, or the source is actually them! those greedy fucking shits

I think you are very naieve or maybe just stupid? This is a very used scam technique for not only AAS but many products do you not agree? If you do then why can this not be the same?

I am fully aware of Thailand and if you produce a product with 1/2 the active ingredient you therefore get twice as much for the same cost so how would it cost the same.

Now if this was from the original manufacture then that would answer your question as to how to start off.

Using known scamming techniques shows me one of two things:

1) He is desperate for business and so would not want to use
2) He is offereing a scam

If not why not take time and effort to build up a business and a good solid customer base?

jatu also you accuse the Mods from this site have you got proof? maybe they would not take money to promote your product and so you assume they do from others. Maybe they were acting professionally and hence you do not like it

Guys, all those nicks posting are most likely the same person that is trying to sell it. They should just be deleted. thanks for the heads up Kronk :)
 
FYI, there was another guy (not sure if it is the same one) selling paper prods as well, he had a website set up too.....

He did and claimed to be in the UK which was false. He was also involved in the original product manufacture until a disagreement and started to produce his own. These were subject to lab tests and found to be under dosed

jatu it is simple you build up like a proper business. You must agree that offering free samples in the business you wish to begin is not ''best practice''. Also as for libel then yes your accusations certainly are. Reproducing sections from someone else web page without their autority is again incorrect (your original post under the name Platocity) so as you can see not the best start is it?

Now if you are using the same manufacturer as the originator then you will have a contact that can certainly help you show the ropes and as far as i am aware would not condone such tatics as you have promoted.

IMHO start again this is not a quick win it takes time to build up buisness and reputation. A few spam posts and the offer of a free sample will not make you a rich man over night quite the opposite as you have found

Hey Jatu. Let me make a few things clear to you. You OPENLY source posted at this site. You did it IN THE OPEN, and you also did it via PM. At least 5 members and vets sent me the PMs, and thats why I posted this. A real source knows better, hell even a newbie knows better than that.

If you are actually in this game you KNOW that there is ONLY ONE paper guy. And you would ALSO KNOW that he is not me and he is your neighbor. :kitty: If you actually were not a piece of shit scammer looking for customers this way, you would KNOW who I was talking about. Since you don't know, your ignorance in the matter is shining though.

If you think for ONE SECOND that ANY member of this site, is going to respond to you or you are going to get anything from anyone, think again fucktard. Your kind is not wanted here, why don't you go play somewhere else. He may very well be a "legit" source or at least have some legit product, although I wouldn't bet MY money on it. Also its kind of obvious when someone with 10 or less posts tries to call respected members/mods scammers because they inforce the TOS. I don't know how much banning this guys handle(s) is gonna do because he can just keep making new ones.

I intend to rip his head off and skull f-ck him for sending me email via an unsecure server.

A lot more than you by the looks of things.

Also you will see i am based in UK and so we have no call for paper here due to the laws we enjoy. The real benefit of paper is the way it can go through customs. As you know the paper originates from Thailand (but hey maybe i work from there Monday - Friday LOL)

Sorry if you are obviously annoyed that your knowledge is very limited on this subject and have to resort to wild accusations

Your logic is nearly good. Anyone can make yes but bad copies is not what you want or is it? As i say the original is distributed from a limited number of outlets so would advise you get from them.

Also their business practices are a lot better than this desperate man who continues to unsecure mail and PM solicating for business

i agree with you on that point Wrongun . i certainly dont like the way hes going about his business. what i really meant to say was that its highly unlikely that someone would go to all this trouble to give out samples that did'nt actually work , knowing full well that he would not get any orders . i actually believe he's got the stuff . just needs lo learn how to do business correctly

Or maybe and i do not know this but a very common scam in many business. He sends a good quality sample. This raises buyers confidence. Buyer places large order and recieves inferior product.

As i say do not know this but very common practice and why would he wantto send free samples taking risk of loss?
