Just saw a commercial for this stuff... it's "One-a-day Weight Smart" Caught my attention since they emphasized so much the ECGC part.... I wonder how it is.

This product is getting a ton of Buzz in the medical field. Supposedly a great product from a great medical company (Bayer). I use their One-A-Day Maximum but I'd like to get on this product when my bottle runs out. I highly recommend.

is it enough of the ECGC to actually make a difference? or is it just thrown into the mix so they can capitalize on the health craze, and emphasize that they use Green Tea mixture in their vitamen?

It is thrown in so they can capitalize on the health craze; actually there is not much ECGC in it.

Right, just like some supplments have 5mg caffeine instead of the usual 200, there but not much to look at

i use a product from proactive made here in canada
all minerals are citrates except selenium
has green foods, CoQ10, ala, nac, l-gluttatjione and l-glutamine
(no website for product sorry)
has green tea extract but i take more any way
plus 6 g efa
extra chromium (since i am tryint to lose weight)
tnt guggulipid and extra selenium
