I'm doing HGH as part of my HRT and I'm also doing 200mg/week of test. My HGH dosage is 1 IU per day, 6 on/1 off.
Before starting the HGH I did A TON of research on it and in that research I found many instances where it said that the HGH can lead to new skin melanoma's and to report anything new to your doctor, etc.
This concerned me because I've got a lot of moles on my body, guess I'm genetically predisposed to them. I've had plenty removed through the years and all have come back clean. I don't know if I've noticed many new ones since starting the GH, but that doesn't mean they're not coming. The sun for me is the biggest contributing factor in getting new moles. More sun exposure = more moles, but with all the acne I'm starting to get from the test I'm going to be spending more time in the sun.
With that said, my advice is to CUT THE HGH dosage. You don't need to come off of it though, IMO. The thing about the HGH is that you don't need 3 IU's a day, unless you're a pro. I personally know a pro who can get all the growth he wants and he's on 3 IU's a day. So if you don't have a pro card and are heading to the Olympia anytime soon save yourself the money (and the moles) and cut back to 1-1.5 IU per day, and go 6 on 1 off.
I just finished week 12 and in that time period have gained 30 lbs. and lost 1/2 inch off my waist! So figure that one out. I'm ripped to shreds and harder than I've been before at 200lbs., and I'm just getting rolling here. While I've been training upper body like a madman I think I've only done 2 leg workouts in all that time, and can't wait to start squatting heavy every single week now and pack another 15 lbs onto my legs.
One of the things the doctor specifically told me about the growth hormone is that no matter what dosage you're taking it takes at least approx 12 weeks to see the beginning of any effects since the body absorbs alot of it and it takes time to get a build up (hence what you said about starting to see the good effects). He actually said unless I have the cash to go a minimum of 3 months and truthfully at least 6-8 - "don't even bother just stick with the testosterone".
At your dosage I think you've got more than a build up and I would cut way back but continue on it for a while, I think you'll see the positive effects you want while hopefully eliminating the negative ones. It's a long haul drug, unless you're just prepping for a show and what to rip up real quick and still eat some donuts along the way.
The most incredible body transforming effects HGH supposedly start at the 8-12 months period, and I cant' wait!
