New Mini Bulk and Cut...Info please

I was heavy duty into the shit and working out to be BIG, but as I got old I leaned up and liked it, as did the ladies, lol. Anyways, been away from the game a while. I want to gain some muscle, but also really lean up at the end. So far I have gained 15 lbs in 5 weeks, yet Im staying pretty lean. But now I am about to kick in leaness time. I started at 175 and at one point when I was getting jacked i was like 230 at 5'9", lol. Anyways, Im about 190 right now, very strong, still decently lean, a little bloat, etc. I did the following:

Week 1 to 10: Prop 100, Mon 1cc, Wed 1/2cc, Friday, 1cc ( 250 ccs in all per week, remember its been years and I dont want tons of bloat cuz my job.

Week 1 to 4: Winstrol 50, Mon, Wed and Fri 1mg

Weeks 9 to 10: Winstrol 50, Mon, Wed, Fri 1mg

Weeks 3 through 10: Arimidex .25 ml per day. If bloat gets nuts (i will do a l.5 squirt).

Clen just came in and I want to run it 10 on, 10 off Weeks 5 to 10.

HCG and Arimidex for PCT.

Thoughts to gain 10 lbs of solid lean muscle?
