I am new to this forum, my hubby 6150 referred me. I am 36 years old with 4 beautiful children, ages 17 to 3, 3 girls and 1 baby boy, the youngest. I have always been athletic, in shape for the most part of my life. After each child birth I busted my ass to get back in shape, always proud. Last year I had a hysterectomy and then comes thyroid issues and weight gain. I do not now my body fat percentage, my weight was always 105-110, always tone, could see my abs, never concerned about it because I could see my body and felt good. We are from Texas, so country girl at heart, cows, hauling feed, carrying firewood, mowing own grass, push mower, just to get that extra activity, elliptical, and just quite frankly 4 kids keep me moving. Well present weight is 124, last Saturday I weighed 118. Started going to gym 3 weeks ago 1 1/2 hours atleast 4 times a week. Doing cardio and weights and started taking Princess stack 2 weeks ago. I am looking for any pointers on toning up my body more, keeping fit, how to get over this hump, what I need to be eating. Thanks so much !
