As you can see we have a sence of humor around here! Don't let our villiage idots mess with your head. LOL Anyway, welcome aboard.

BTW the one thing to stay away from is naming UG labs or sources and asking for sources.

No one here does or condones the use of steroids of any kind. We tend to stick with Creatine and lots of chicken!

The GF pics...only pass those out with a nominal fee.

Can someone direct me how to get my avatar up...resized and still says to small.

And can I get emails so I know threads I posted in have replies?

Avi size is 170w x 220h 39kb max.

Yes you can set in your preferences to receive email alerts, I would not recommend it unless you like your inbox flooded. Just click your profile tab when you visit it will show you who posted in what threads (they do fall off after 24 hours if no one post).
