Fitness Plan

Hi everyone.

I'm a new member here...trying to boost my workout and get results faster. Just thought I would check out this site and wanted to say hello to all of you. So HELLO!! ;)

Ok, here is my new plan. Finishing off what I'm doing this week and will be starting this new one next week.

Do 25 minutes of Pilates in morning right when I get up.

I will be doing 30 minutes of weights (Doing triple drop sets-with 3 minute sprints in between the first exercises) and approximately 30 minutes of cardio after the weights each day. (At least 5 days a week)

I'll be taking the ECA stack 3times daily along with my 2 protein shakes and Krush supplement (creatine).

Does this sound like a good plan? Will it make me bulk up...or just lose fat and tone up....and...how fast will I see results??

hello hello... the best of the best fitness/ bodybuilding/ power lifting site on the NET!! I love it here and im sure you will too. check out the womans forums, as well as the other diet/ supps/ and weight training forums.
what is your current stats?

like we do on the anabolics forum... its knda like

age, weight, height, bf %, diet, training history (how long u been workin out) .

do you do any type of competing? bbing, figure, fitness?
 
Ok, so here are my stats.

Age: 24
Height: 5'5
Weight: 136
Don't know my body fat percentage.
I dont' know if it can be calulated by my measurements....I am keeping a log of that. I weigh more than I did at Christmas (by 5 pounds) but I have less inches.

Started getting more into working out in January...on and off though.
Got into a pretty good routine about 2 weeks ago and changed my diet...already noticing some results...very small though.

Next week I'm changing up my routine again. I edited my first post and put there what I'll be doing.

whoa whoa whoa.... 25 minutesof pilates, weigh training and cardio after weight... thats a lot of training. you can overtrain very quickly.. cardio u can do 3-4 times a week.. in the morning before 1st meal the best time.
diet is key to seeing results. what does that look like? Creatine mono will help a little , but u can see bloat from it.
when u do weight train?... do u do certain body parts for each day, or do u do all body parts every workout?
