Hi !!!!
i'm 22 years old,5'2" I weigh 100lbs.I have been training on and off for the last few years.My goals are to become more fit overall and become more tone.I am here to learn about diet and training from the more experienced female members.My husband Gymratforlife has been a member here since 2004 and I have lurked and learned some things from reading training and diet information from what he reads.He is also helping me with my diet and training routine at the moment.Thanx all in advance.
