Hi All, Thanks for the cool site. My names Kevin. Live In the sunny UK, 36 years old, 203 pound. Been training on and off since I was about 14. Was really serious years ago and went up to around 240 when I was around 20. Was in pretty good shape with only a 33 inch waist (good for me that is)
I have always been interested in the gear as trained like an animal but never done it. I guess the main reason was that when I was younger I was able to maintain my shape better and had more time etc..
I am now back in training after a year or so lay off after a business venture and been down the gym 5 days week plus I do appox 40 miles a week on my bike. Now here is my trouble: I eat well, very well infact (maybe a downside of the odd few pints on a friday) but aside this I train hard, eat well and yet due to my age it is getting harder to get my tummy down to shape, especially the "love handles" (little bastards they are!)
I am considering a small cycle of Anavar on its own just to assist with the fat area before my summer holiday! I am happy with my over all size so don't want any thing additional and a little concerned about the higher toxicity of winstol which I know is a better cutting drug.
I am considering a small dose of 20 mg day then seeing how I respond. I have a nice mature look to my muscles already, especially chest, shoulders, arms so think that even a low dose might be good it really is mainly the stomach area (sides) I will then move up to around 40 mg. Probably just do a 8 to 10 week cycle.
Do you guys think I will need any PCT after this? I realize that even a lower dose will shut things down but wondered if I need something during or just after, if so what would you guys recommend. Theres so many things now for PCT and since I was 20 things seem to have moved on quite a bit in the steroid world!
I have read lots of post but most post cycles are based on bigger stacks and not just based around 1 drug. Any help would be fantastic - once again thanks
