New Member, Common question?

im fairly new to this and one of my first questions i assume would have to be a common one... What do you guys use to keep your face clear of any outbreaks? acne..etc. thanks!

Soap and alcohol preps. I shower twice a day.
I get acne on my legs and back , but not much on my face.

In order of least severity to greatest, this is my opinion:
zinc
Panothenic acid
Guggelsterones
finasteride(if using aromatizable gear)
antibiotics(erythromycin and tetracyclines)*may inhibit protein synthesis, and cause lethergy while on.
retenoids(tretenoin and isotretenoin(Accutane).
