i new to this place
here's my case.
7 months ago i was 214lbs. I had a car accident followed by a minor surgery but a long time to recover.
3 weeks ago i was 36o cause i wasn't allowed by doctors to do any kind of sport or exercise until my knee was completely healed. I had my last MRI and my doctor said i was good to go, knee was ready but to take it a step at a time
Today i'm 338lbs. Walking, jogging a few minutes, Abs, some push ups, a simple diet and tons of water.
Here's the deal. I want to use Winstrol. I'm 6 feet. I've never used anything like it before.
I'm planning on increasing the run time, abs repetitions, push ups and adding weights to my current exercises as my body allows me.
How should I do? How much should I take? What can I expect?
Any opinion and comment will be welcome!!
