i have been at gym since july 2011.. but.. now.. i want to get a help.. i want bigger muscles... what should i eat/drink? i use protein before my work... anything else (after and/or before my rutine)?

You still need to do a lot of reading my friend. You should be taking protein post workout as well. Everyone is going to need your stats to help you reach your goals
 
Eat eat eat.lots of protein.it takes time to make gains its not an overnight thing just stick with it and work hard and you'll see results.
