**New Improved Excel Spreed Sheet for our Cycles.

I have improved the excel sheet to now include the following:

Keep track of your weight & strength gains over the coarse of a 12 week cycle. It will also provide you w/ ratios to give you percetages on your increases, both in weight gained and strength increases.

It now also includes a section to track your Protein & Calorie intake per day and will allow you to enter in your "goal" protein and calorie intake for a given day and caluculate whether or not you are short or over on your goal.

I have also included a fairly comprehensive "Food Chart" broken down into food groups that give you values for Proetin, Calories, Fats, Carbs etc.

I also have included instructions on how to use the sheet which will ideally make it easier to use.

Nice Job Bro... I use one to keep track of diet/workout. I have one I did for weight loss goals by date, per week, in .5-5 lb increments. If you ever need and VBA or have Questions, drop me a Pm...
