I have been reading the boards for quite some time now. I just now wanted to post. It amazes me to read some of the questions that get reapeatedly asked. Here is a hint for newcomers: The search button can answer your questions without you getting flamed for being naive and stupid. It's ok we were all naive and stupid at some point. Use the search button to your advantage.

My stats are 5'11 195 pounds. 14% bf. I am on my second cycle of juice. The first being a sust/deca 10 week bulker this winter. I had some great strength gains but due to my lack of quality diet I didn't get all I wanted out of the gear. I learned my lesson the hard way guys, without a good diet your wasting money and your body. It's that simple. The drugs can't work without the right things to feed on. At first I blamed my lack of mass on the gear being bunk - but after some denial issues and a re-calculation of my diet I came to the conclusion that my diet was to blame. I was doing 400 mg of deca with 500 mg of sust and I only gained 5 pounds. What a waste. I took some time off and did some soul searching and now I have started a quality cutting cycle (6 weeks) of tren 75 mg ed/ prop 100 mg eod/ winny 50 mg ed. My diet is where it should be and I expect much better results this time around. Bro's don't kid yourself into thinking that the juice will get you where you want to go without a good diet. It just will not happen for you. My goals this time around are to get my bf% down to 10 or lower and put on 10 pounds of LBM. I am doing cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes. I lift heavy every other day. I am currently doing a 5x5 program for my bench in an attempt to get it up. Believe me the 5x5 works like a charm. I plan on getting my bench up 70 pounds or more by the end of July.

The only question I have is for someone with some tren experience. How long before you start to feel results from tren/prop/winny. This is my 5 day. I am hoping to see some good pumps coming my way. I had a terrible chest and triceps routine yesterday. I just felt lifeless. Zero energy. I've never taken ECA or ephedra - should I try it for some energy while lifting? I am cutting my carbs down low for this cycle and attribute some energy loss to that. My diet looks something like this:

7 am - Cardio on empty stomach
8 am - whey shake, 5 egg whites, 1 tablespoon of flax oil
10 am - whey shake
12 pm - 8/12 oz of either steak, chicken, or salmon (sometimes all three), 1/2 cup brown rice, green veggies
3 pm - whey shake
5 pm - work out
6 pm - whey shake
6:30 pm - steak, chick, salmon, 1 yam, green veggies
10 pm - whey shake, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Supplements: Nitirc Oxide (10 a day), multi-vitamin, nolva (i am a gyno magnet) I am scheduled for surgery after I get done with this cutting cycle. Hopefully I can get rid of this shit for good.

It's refreshing to hear someone who's learned from their mistakes! Welcome! You will have zero strength eating the way you are eating. You have no carbs, you will not get an ounce stronger. Not only that, you are using way too many shakes. Eat as much whole food as you can. I think the body just responds better to whole food. You are grossly overdieting, that looks like the last week before a competition. No matter what gear you are using you will be totally flat and lose strength.
 
damn bro, i counted 5 shakes??? your diet is still off...you need more real foods and carbs (complex in the mix) i only consume 1 shake and thats PWO w/dextrose everything else is "real" food...you need to re-evalute your diet...how many cals are you consuming...is 50% of it from shakes???
 
I've been around for a while just taking it all in. Still not fully informed..... Hang out and listen to these guys for a while. I'm sure there are even some that will help you with your training and diet 1-on-1. Most of these guys know their shit. By the way, be sure to read the stickys about the rules of the forum. I'd hate to see you get banned for doing something you aren't supposed to.
 
yup...listen to what theyre saying.....at minimum you should take in about 120gr of carbs.....but welcome.....good luck
 
You should start feeling the effects very soon. If you are feeling lethargic get your blood pressure checked and watch your sodium intake etc., I had this happen on my last cycle and my bp was 188/90, once I got that in check I felt like a god. How are you dong on sleep? any insomnia etc.? Fifth day is still kinda early though, might just have to give it another week. I usually "feel" on after my 2nd or 3rd shot of prop, after 2 weeks I "know" I'm on. Try to eat more real food too, you are using to many shakes vs. food imho and some fruit wouldnt kill ya. Try adding some B-12, I'll take b-12 over ephedra any day ( shit just makes me jittery and workouts less enjoyable) .
 
Thanks for that. I will add in some snacks of nuts (almonds, cashews). 1 cup of oats after my morning cardio and before bed. I will replace my 3 am shake with tuna. Black beans at lunch and dinner. What other foods can I get some complex carbs out of? The protein shakes are just to help in my goal of 1/1.5 grams per bodyweight. I've never heard someone tell me that you can have too many protein drinks. I will do my best to replace the shakes with whole food - but some days it's so much easier to slam a shake. My calorie intake should be around 2,500 to 3,000. 300 grams of protein. 100 grams of carbs. EFA's supplemented with Flax.

Remember my main goals are too lose bf and gain lean mass. That is the only reason for my lack of carbs and increase in cardio. Next winter I will bulk again and up my carb intake to 300/400 grams per day. Thanks again. I am going straight to Walgreens for some B12. I can't take another sluggish day at the gym.

I think the oatmeal is an ideal choice for you. Okay, you got me, i'm in the oatmeal fan club and receive the monthly newsletter. IMHO it is the most quality carb on earth, especially in a restricted diet. You could also rock some sweet potatos or brown rice. You will respond much better to your cycle if you give your body enough calories to have a chance to change.
 
I am injecting in the following

Glutes, Quads, Biceps, Traps.

I took my first Bicep injection yesterday. It was bad-ass. I could just feel the tissue stretching. My favorite inject spot so far. I am amazed when I read some posters talk about ways to dodge injecting. If you don't have the balls to stick yourself, your too much of a pussy to be messing with anabolics. Stick to overpaying for muscletech pills that don't do anything for you. Sorry I'll get off my soapbox now.

I forgot to mention that I take in around 200 oz of water a day. The frequent pissing sucks but your liver and kidneys will thank you for it. Should I add something to my supplements for liver toxins (milk thistle etc...)?
 
If you are taking the winny orally then you could rock some milk thistle just to be safe, if not I really wouldn't worry about it.
 
Yeah they are Dragon 50's. I might as well be precautious. I just got through with my full cardio day. 1 hour run on the treadmill. 200 ab crunches w/ medicine ball. I had a ton more energy than yesterday, thank God. I think I will take some B12 before my shoulder/bicep workout tomorrow. I can't wait to shoot my bicep in the morning. Talking about pumps out the roof.

Is is more effective to split a 50 mg winny tab into 2 doses per day instead of taking all 50 mg at once? I think that spliting gives you a little more edge pre-workout, that equates into more intensity which turns into quality, positive results. I'll stick with 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg preworkout. Someone asked earlier if I am having any sides. Well as of yet...no fina cough, no acne, zero aggression, still got my hair and I can still pop a woodrow on command. I guess all in all I'm liking the tren. It really has not been long enough though. All in the mind I guess. Week 2 and 3 are going to be noticeable I can tell. Peace Out
