I have been reading the boards for quite some time now. I just now wanted to post. It amazes me to read some of the questions that get reapeatedly asked. Here is a hint for newcomers: The search button can answer your questions without you getting flamed for being naive and stupid. It's ok we were all naive and stupid at some point. My stats are 5'11 195 pounds. 14% bf. I am on my second cycle of juice. The first being a sust/deca 10 week bulker this winter. I had some great strength gains but due to my lack of quality diet I didn't get all I wanted out of the gear. I learned my lesson the hard way guys, without a good diet your wasting money and your body. It's that simple. The drugs can't work without the right things to feed on. At first I blamed my lack of mass on the gear being bunk - but after some denial issues and a re-calculation of my diet I came to the conclusion that my diet was to blame. I was doing 400 mg of deca with 500 mg of sust and I only gained 5 pounds. What a waste. I took some time off and did some soul searching and now I have started a quality cutting cycle (6 weeks) of tren 75 mg ed/ prop 100 mg eod/ winny 50 mg ed. My diet is where it should be and I expect much better results this time around. Bro's don't kid yourself into thinking that the juice will get you where you want to go without a good diet. It just will not happen for you. My goals this time around are to get my bf% down to 10 or lower and put on 10 pounds of LBM. I am doing cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes. I lift heavy every other day. I am currently doing a 5x5 program for my bench in an attempt to get it up. Believe me the 5x5 works like a charm. I plan on getting my bench up 70 pounds or more by the end of July.
The only question I have is for someone with some tren experience. How long before you start to feel results from tren/prop/winny. This is my 5 day. I am hoping to see some good pumps coming my way. I had a terrible chest and triceps routine yesterday. I just felt lifeless. Zero energy. I've never taken ECA or ephedra - should I try it for some energy while lifting? I am cutting my carbs down low for this cycle and attribute some energy loss to that. My diet looks something like this:
7 am - Cardio on empty stomach
8 am - whey shake, 5 egg whites, 1 tablespoon of flax oil
10 am - whey shake
12 pm - 8/12 oz of either steak, chicken, or salmon (sometimes all three), 1/2 cup brown rice, green veggies
3 pm - whey shake
5 pm - work out
6 pm - whey shake
6:30 pm - steak, chick, salmon, 1 yam, green veggies
10 pm - whey shake, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Supplements: Nitirc Oxide (10 a day), multi-vitamin, nolva (i am a gyno magnet) I am scheduled for surgery after I get done with this cutting cycle. Hopefully I can get rid of this shit for good.
